A direct sequel to The Teahouse.

SYNOPSIS
After leaving the teahouse to start a more peaceful life in the New terriotories, Wang Cheng returns to Hong Kong following the news that one of the waiters at the teahouse has been killed.

Out to find the culprits, Cheng succeeds at bringing them to justice but they are soon released due to their connections in higher places.

Disheartened by the justice system, Cheng becomes a hero to the locals. The police take a dim view of his vigilante tactics and Cheng finds himself drawn back into the fight against the criminal element terrorizing the community and begins to deal out his own form of justice.
