SYNOPSIS
Bruce returns to Manila to investigate the murder of his sister, Susan Chang. On the night of her attack she was helped by an amateur-boxer, Ramon "Rocky" Roblado. After seeing off the attackers, Susan gave him a key.
Behind Susan's death is the 'Black Dragon Society', who are searching for a sacred Samurai sword hilt which contains a map leading to a hidden location of one billion in Gold.
Upon the discovery that Rocky may have the artefact, the leader of the Black Dragon's orders his men to retrieve it for him at any cost. During the process of searching Rocky's home, the gang kill his blind father.
Meanwhile, Bruce decides to do his own investigating into his sisters death by beating information from any thugs he finds. When the gang grow tired of his interference, they hire two martial arts experts to help deal with him.
When the U.S. interpol get the information of the Black Dragon's plans, they send in female agent Marlene Parladin to investigate.
With Rocky's friends and family dying around him, he seeks the help of Bruce and Agent Marlene, and the three decide to work together against the Black Dragon Society.
Using the key from Susan to retrieve the artefact from a safety deposit box, the three track down the gold but must first defeat the black dragon gang who also turn up to make their claim.
