SYNOPSIS
A scientist discovers a formula that makes humans infertile. When he is assassinated and the formula is stolen before he can submit it to the government, the C.I.A. choose there two best agents to investigate.  Huang Lung (Bruce Le), a chinese currently living in Spain, and his partner, Richard Cann, a real ladies man, are assigned to the case.

The trail of the terrorists leads them to Maria, the prime suspect for having the formula hidden somewhere. Richard uses his charms to seduce her, whilst Huang searches her apartment. Huang finds the formula but the case is not that easy to crack as it is a fake, with the real formula still undiscovered. 

Maria's boss thinks it would be better if she return to Macau with formula and sends his two best fighters to make sure she returns safely.

Many countries would love to get the hands on the formula, but Comrade Yan (Hwang Jang Lee) and his group from Vietnam make plans to steal it themselves

Our two C.I.A., Huang and Richard meet up with a Special Agent in Marcu to help them find Maria and the man she is working for.  As Maria is they only lead, getting closer to her proves to be more difficult now that she is protected by her bosses men.

They must search around Macau to find Maria's contact with the laboratories ready to produce the formula and stop them before it happens...
