SYNOPSIS
The Hong Kong Police request help from the Korean Police force to help deal with the drugs that are being smuggled into the country. In response, they send in Dragon (Dragon Lee), while Hong Kong arrange for one of their own agents to also investigate the case.
Dragon investigates a group called the Moon Sect and arranges an attack on one of the members, Mr. Lin. Saving him from the attack, Lin is grateful to Dragon and asks him to become a part of they organization by passing several tests and receiving permission from the groups 'Bishop'.
The daughter of the Bishop, Kim, arrives to visit her father but she is told that he is currently away. She becomes angry at being kept under protection but does befriend the recent arrival, Dragon.
After been fully tested by Lin, Dragon is sent to a remote island to be admitted into the Moon Sect officially. On the boat trip, he meets the Agent Wu (Cheung Lik), who was sent from Hong Kong. Arriving on the Island, Dragon and Wu soon realize that the Sect are drugging the members to manipulate them. Luckily, Wu came prepared with an antidote to the drug and him and Dragon are unaffected.
Discovering that the real Moon Sect Bishop has been replaced, Agent Wu's cover is blown and he is held captive. The fake Bishop is also holding Kim's father, a retired drug dealer, prisoner to force him into producing heroin. His plans are soon foiled when Dragon discovers the real intentions of the Moon Sect's new leader.
