SYNOPSIS
When secret documents are stolen from China, a German government agent sends his assistant Lisa to persuade a martial arts expert to help retrieve them. The suspect for having the document is Wang Chun-Chen, who is planning on selling it to the Japanese for $3 million US.
Fresh from winning at a martial arts tournament, Ang (Bruce Le) is approached by Lisa to help get back the document from Wang but the high priced offer, he refuses to work for anyone.
For his refusal to help, Ang is accused of being disloyal to his country. With thoughts of when his cousin was raped and killed by the Japanese running through his mind, that are made even worse as Lisa has a striking resemblance to her, Ang begins to feel guilty for refusing to help.
After mistaking Lisa for his dead cousin, Ang discovers that she is actually a double agent and works for the German government agent and a secret chinese organization, Blue Robe. Talking further with Lisa, Ang decides to join the Blue Robe Society and help get the document back to it's rightful place.
When a informer for the society confirms that the document is being held by Wang in a Tower outside of town, Ang and the other agents go to retrieve it. But getting the document back does not prove to be so easy as each of the floors is guarded by a different martial arts expert.
