SYNOPSIS
Looking for a suitable replacement to finish Bruce Lee's uncompleted last project, movie producers persuade a martial artist to fill the shoes of the late mater.
The story begins on a dark night as a man hurries through the streets when he is attacked. Lee Shou Lung (Ho Chung-Tao) witnesses the attack and with his dying breath, the man asks Shou Lung to see his wife.
Arriving at the dead man's house, the distressed wife begs Shou-Lung to go and warn they son of the danger and deliver a package to him. Shortly after Shou Lung leaves, it is revealed that the attack that he witnessed was all staged, in a elaborate plan to transport dirty money through an unsuspecting messenger.
Unaware that he is being used, Shou Lung grows suspicious when he must fight off attackers on the way to deliver the package to the supposed dead man's son. He decides to go and see his brother and find out what could be so important inside the package. Finding the cash, Shou Lung asks his brother to take it to the police but he instead takes it around to his girlfriends house.
The gangster waiting for the delivery thinks that Shou Lung must have kept the money for himself, or his working for his rival, and sends men around to try and persuade him to give it back. Lee begins to worry when he is unable to find his brother since giving him the money, with the situation becoming worse when gangster hold his fiancee hostage at the tower of death.
Discovering that his brother's girlfriend has already ran off with the money, Lee Shou Lung is left with no choice but to fight his way through each fighter from around the world waiting on each floor of the tower of death.
