SYNOPSIS
The head of a small village, Lee Chien-Chai, refuses to sell his land to Hu Ching-Tai, and as a result, costs him his life. The men kill Lee and his wife but spre they baby daughter and her way with them. Unknown to the killers, Lee had two sons both who also escaped. One is looked after by his aunt, whilst the others whereabouts are unknown.

Some years later, Lee's son, Chien-Tai (Dragon Lee), is now a grown man and promises to his dying aunt that he will get revenge on his parents killers. As he prepares for his journey, Sherlie, the girl he is to marry, persudes him to let her come along.

Hu Ching-Tai lives in a mansion and trains his daughter in martial arts. He sends his men to deliver a shipment of protection money but are stopped on they way by a mystorious stranger. When Chien-Tai and Sherlie begin to ask questions around town, they presense is brought to the attention of Hu, who has changed his name and tried to keep his past secret.

After 20 days into the search for Hu, they soon run out of money. Whilst Chien-Tai is out stealing a chicken, Sherlie is kidnapped by Hu's men but is recuced by the mystorious stranger. During the scuffle, Sherlie's clothes are torn.

Chien-Tai goes back to the twon to get her some new ones from the tailor. Without the money pay for them, a girl takes pity on Chien and pays for them. The tailor mentions to Chien-Tai that the girls father was once a bandit. Realising that her father must be Hu Ching-Tai, he also discovers that although his parents maybe dead, he still has living family members.
